Who Are We?

The Neighbours Alliance Network (NAN) is a community advocacy organization based in North Etobicoke, with a strong focus on the vibrant and diverse Dixon Road community. NAN is dedicated to fostering connections, empowering residents, and amplifying the voices of those who call this area home.

By bridging the gap between Dixon Road residents and institutions such as government agencies, schools, and service providers, NAN addresses local concerns and advocates for meaningful change. Through partnerships, events, and neighbourhood initiatives, we work to strengthen the bonds between neighbours, building a network of trust and collaboration across the community. NAN actively encourages residents to volunteer and work together to address shared concerns and build a thriving, united neighbourhood.

Our Mission

 1.    Advocate for the needs and concerns of Dixon Road residents with building management, government institutions, schools, and other stakeholders.

2.    Unite neighbours through programs that encourage collaboration, mutual support, and active participation.

3.    Empower individuals with educational workshops, volunteer opportunities, and community-led projects.

4.    Enhance cultural understanding and integration, fostering a strong sense of belonging for all.
